• Domestic Orders: 5–7 business days

• Kerala Orders: 1-3 business days

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery period, please contact us, and we will do our best to assist you in tracking your shipment.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at dotkottclo@gmail.com with:

• Your order number

• Clear photos or videos of the damaged product and packaging

We will review your request and, if approved, arrange a replacement or refund in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
